Job Description:
Our newest hire will be able to support both the Inside Sales team in addition to those in the Warehouse. Assisting customers who call or stop in, handling deliveries, answering phones, processing sales, and picking orders, are just a few of the tasks this person will handle on a daily basis. This position will include driving business and sales from existing clients, handling customer phone calls, and customer interaction, both via telephone and face-to-face.
Desired Experience, Skills and Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One or more years of experience in sales and service a plus
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft Office
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Compensation, Benefits, and Structure:
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday. Starting pay rate will depend on skills and experience. Medical and dental benefits will be available after 90 days of employment. The compensation package also includes benefits such as 401(k) plan with matching employer contributions as well as company-paid life and disability insurance. The hiring process will include two phone screens, an in-person interview, a background check and drug test, and candidate assessments..

- Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
