Job Description:
Our newest hire will be able to support both the Inside Sales team in addition to those in the Warehouse. Assisting customers who call or stop in, handling deliveries, answering phones, processing sales, packing/shipping out orders, and loading/unloading trucks are just a few of the tasks this person will handle on a daily basis. This position will include manual warehouse work, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, driving business and sales from existing clients, handling customer phone calls, and customer interaction, both via telephone and face-to-face.
Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One or more years of experience in a warehouse a plus
- Sales and service experience a plus
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft Office
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, LTL is a plus
Compensation, Benefits, and Structure:
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday. Starting pay rate will depend on skills and experience. Medical and dental benefits will be available after 90 days of employment. The compensation package also includes benefits such as 401(k) plan with matching employer contributions as well as company-paid life and disability insurance.
