Suggestions for a Remote Access Storefront Door | Ask the Experts Electronic Access Ace Question: I need to electrify a storefront door which needs to be locked at all times but needs the ability to remotely unlock it from multiple locations wirelessly within my building. What is the most economical way of doing this without involving software or changing out my existing Adams Rite hardware?   Answer: The most cost-effective solution keeping the existing hardware would be to use a Command Access ARLP motor kit for the door, run the wire via a Keedex door loop up to a Command Access PS210 power supply. To control the unlock portion you will need a Camden Door Controls RX90 wireless receiver and two Camden Door Controls TXLF wireless transmitters. That will enable you to control your door from the reception desk up front and/or your conference room in the back of the building.
