Question:
I have an end user that is using a prox system and the tenants are handing out their cards to non-residents. How do I prevent this?
Answer:
There are several solutions, but we will mention only a few. Have cards printed with photo ID's and hire a guard to check them through. We're not a huge fan of biometrics in all situations, but it's an option. Hand geometry would solve the issue, as well as facial recognition.
